WIZMAX, a leading Korean brand in the design and manufacturing of gaming gear and PC components, successfully concluded its participation at the 2023 Global Sources Consumer Electronics & Components Show, held from April 11 to 14 at AsiaWorld-Expo in Hong Kong.
This year’s show featured over 4,000 booths, 25 product categories, and more than 10,000 products, highlighting strong global anticipation for post-pandemic recovery and diversified PC applications. WIZMAX, which has participated in this exhibition since 2016, held around 200 business meetings during the event—further confirming the commercial viability and global appeal of its product lineup.
CEO Hyunmin Kang stated,“WIZMAX has been expanding its reach with a lineup of in-house designed products, including power supplies, gaming gear, PC cases, and cooling solutions. Through our participation in the 2023 Global Sources show, we assessed our potential in international markets and will use this opportunity to further explore global expansion.”
At the booth, WIZMAX showcased around 30 products, meeting with global partners and buyers. Standout products included the premium mechanical keyboard ‘CALUX’, crafted from precision-machined aluminum, and the EH1-MONDRIAN PC case, inspired by the work of Dutch painter Piet Mondrian. High-performance power supplies such as the WIZMAX PLATINUM and ASTRO II PLATINUM also captured strong attention thanks to their outstanding efficiency and stability.
The WIZMAX W85 TKL, a tenkeyless keyboard with a retro flair, also attracted industry professionals. Its unique design, satisfying mechanical key feel, and flexible dual-mode connectivity (Bluetooth and 2.4GHz wireless) were praised. The keyboard is compatible not only with Windows PCs but also with smart devices and macOS systems.
The EH1-MONDRIAN, part of the EMOTION series developed by the WIZMAX Design Lab, was displayed alongside the EM1-WOOFER case. Both cases drew attention for their design-forward aesthetics, resembling interior décor more than traditional PC hardware.
WIZMAX power supply display focused on models supporting the next-generation ATX 3.0 standard, setting them apart from competing products. Technologies developed by WIZMAX in-house R&D center, including 2nd Gen GPU-VR (Voltage Regulation) and 2nd Gen After Cooling, also piqued visitor interest.
2nd Gen GPU-VR maintains ultra-precise +12V output, vital for overclocking and high-performance systems.
2nd Gen After Cooling continues fan operation based on internal temperatures even after the system powers off, helping extend the lifespan of internal components through effective residual heat dissipation.
Additional products on display included the WIZMAX S300 portable Bluetooth speaker, featuring retro styling, as well as the WARP, MORPH, and MECHA premium gaming gear series. Cooling solutions designed to manage heat from processors and SSDs were also part of the showcase.
Following its presence at Global Sources, WIZMAX plans to continue exploring new opportunities to introduce its innovations to a global audience.
